Foster parenting does not have to be a journey you take alone. There are others just like you who understand what the journey is like and are here to be a community of support for you.
At Foster Village Waco, we help bring this community together and provide friendship, camaraderie, relief and resources for foster parents who need to know they are not alone.
We regularly host community events, including:

Monthly Gatherings
Foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers - we'd love for you to join us for this month's CAREGIVER GATHERING - an evening designed to help you connect with others as you gain helpful resources and tools for the journey. Join us to meet other caregivers around Foster Village Waco and enjoy a complimentary dinner! (Childcare provided!)
Regular Events
Foster parents, you deserve a day off! Alongside our community and church partners, we host a fun-filled evening for your kiddos, so you can enjoy a few hours of kidless freedom. Space is limited, so claim your spot early! We are also in need of volunteers to help with childcare. Please click on the link below to register for the event.
