Mickie Fell joins the board with both personal and professional insight into the foster care system. She and her husband are adoptive parents of two children, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges and needs foster families face. In addition to her personal experience, Mickie brings strong business acumen—she has successfully grown a large company and now works closely with new business owners, offering mentorship and strategic support.

Mickie and her husband own iPest Solutions, which serves communities across Waco, Temple, Killeen, College Station, and San Antonio. She is passionate about building relationships and helping connect potential donors to the mission of Foster Village. Mickie resides in Crawford, Texas, with her husband and their four children.
