The Team

Meghan Holder currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Heart of Texas Goodwill in Waco, Texas where she is responsible for all Human Resources operations, payroll, and risk management.  She uses her 10+ years of non-profit administration experience to help Foster Village Waco keep all of its organizational ducks in a row.  Although not a foster or adoptive parent, Meghan believes there is a place for everyone to be impactful in the lives of children and families in the child welfare system, and her place is providing support to families in hopes that they feel seen and known. A native Mississippian, Meghan came to Texas in 2004 and dug in roots.  In her free time, she enjoys chasing after her three kiddos and nine nieces and nephews, traveling to places she’s never been before, and loving her tribe with everything she’s got.
